Linda Criblez has expertise in counter-terrorism, hard target threats, and cybersecurity. Her Washington based assignments included an executive role leading the personnel, planning, contractor, training, budget, strategy, policy, communications and employee engagement for hundreds of personnel and a budget in the hundreds of millions of dollars. She served as an operations officer with assignments around the world and started her operational career as part of the 9/11 task force.

Linda Criblez

Linda Criblez is the Chief of Intelligence for the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS). Ms. Criblez joined GEMA/HS after 25 years of service in the Central Intelligence Agency, culminating in positions as a Chief of Station and Executive Director of a large geographic division. Ms. Criblez was a career operations officer, with assignments around the world including Asia and the Pacific.

In her new role, Ms. Criblez will spearhead GEMA/HS’ intelligence unit to expand the collection and sharing of analysis with the goal of enhancing public and school safety in Georgia. Ms. Criblez’s expertise of global intelligence, national security, crisis response, physical security, cybersecurity and counterterrorism will assist in innovative ways to better serve and protect Georgia from man-made emergencies.

Ms. Criblez is a dual graduate of the University of Chicago, receiving her bachelor’s degree in Russian History and master’s in International Relations.
