April Moss

April Moss is the COO and Co-founder of DigiBuild, a construction software company that streamlines and removes approximately 30% of administrative burden and costs associated with procuring materials. She is a 20+ year executive building and running global sales teams for P&G, Starbucks, and a billion-dollar sales & marketing broker. Her last position with P&G was running N.A. Operations for their second largest customer team. Earlier on in her career she worked at Construction Specification Institute and was a realtor for one of the largest US brokerage firms.

April’s real passion for DigiBuild is to create a healthier and happier industry in construction. This passion is driven by her personal story about her father who was a custom cabinet maker and finisher. He loved what he did and was good at it; however, the high-pressure environment, the seasonality, getting paid/not getting paid, loneliness and the drink culture within construction was a main contributor to her father taking his own life when April was 9 years old. Most don’t know that the suicide rate in construction is nearly 4x greater than the national average and 5x greater than that of all other construction fatalities combined. So, helping the construction projects and construction people is a personal mission for April.
