Being asked to deliver a keynote speech called 'The Power of Believing in You' had a great deal of irony, as the one place where I absolutely did NOT believe in myself is in public speaking. This was a dragon I needed to slay in order to get past the imposter syndrome I was feeling. I was terrified, painfully authentic and a little awkward if I'm being honest... but I did it!
